An authorized employee books an appointment for a health assessment or diagnostic testing (as mandated by your organization or law) with a physician on Immunodex. Our app reminds them with location and time prior to the reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this compromise the privacy and freedom of my workers/customers?

Actually, the opposite. You are directly contributing to everyone's safety and indirectly contributing to your own by using verifiable credentials: you are also increasing your privacy beyond what privacy regulations in most places require. This exceeds what companies are required by law to do today! It is a consent-based system. Your workers/customers have the freedom to share your information to a valid inspector or refuse, on a case-by-case basis.

Immunodex indirectly contributes to your workers/customers' safety by letting policy makers in a company or government know about the health of their people in a timely and reliable manner. In order to do this, the "paper trail" of the health records must be traceable. This trail rightfully belongs to the individual. But right now, it does not. It sits on doctors' computers or the hospital's servers, or the government has it. You have no access to your own health data, but we let you hold your own data. Finally, the inspection is not only consent-based, but requires a minimum exchange of information, which means your workers/customers might not need to reveal ALL data, but simply fulfil the requirements of you the inspector (this is "zero-knowledge proof").

We don't know about the immunology, whether having antibodies actually confers long term immunity to Covid-19. Also, the antibody test market is full of scams!

Yes, you are right. And it doesn't matter. Immunodex is a bias-free, completely neutral historian that records personal health data for that person. Immunodex is starting off with use cases concerning Covid-19 because that is important and urgent. New research and findings do not invalidate records on Immunodex. In fact, reliable records contribute to ongoing research.

What happens if I got a result from a test kit that was later recalled/nullified by the government?

Your record remains with you forever. Immunodex is independent of policies from government or authorities. Inspectors requesting proof-of-health will see not only the result but also that the test kit used is or is not on the [currently] approved list of test kits.

What happens if I lose/break my phone? How do I access the "backup?"

The patient or authorized person (“Holder”) primarily holds the information on their computer or mobile device(s), and the information should be backed up (location is the Holder's choice). A back-up is an encrypted file that is an exact copy of the one on the main device(s). The Holder accesses their information (working copy and backups) via a key. If the key is lost, then the patient undergoes a Key Recovery Process, which is similar to the onboarding process.
